This nozzle vaccine is effective against many variants of corona
Scientists at McMaster University in Canada have developed an anti-Covid-19 vaccine administered through the nose that may provide broad, long-term protection against all variants of the virus. This has been found in the study done during testing.
The study, recently published in the research journal
'Cell', states that there are many advantages of the vaccine given directly
through the windpipe instead of the traditional injection because it is
administered through the nose rather than the conventionally administered
vaccine through injection. Directly reach the lungs and respiratory tubes from
where the virus enters the body through inhalation.
The study is based on animal models. Inhaled aerosol
vaccines are currently being evaluated on healthy adults who have already
received two doses of the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine. Study co-lead author Zhou Jing
strategized on a research program for a tuberculosis vaccine.
